Enjoy the comfort and elegance of our Family Room, featuring two bedrooms (queen size double bed and twin beds) and one bathroom. Family Room is designed for families who want to stay together and yet have the privacy of two separate bedrooms. One of the bedrooms features a cozy queen size bed and the other, on the upper floor, has twin beds. Family Room has one bathroom and kitchenette (fully equipped upon request). Each bedroom has air-conditioning, LED tv with local and international channels, safe, minibar and wi-fi internet. Bathroom is located on the ground floor with luxury cosmetic products and hairdryer. You also have complimentary access to our Ecsotica Health club, where you can exercise, rejuvenate in the sauna, or refresh in the swimming pool.
Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 12 a.m. Early Check-in / later Check-out are subject of surcharge.
The number of persons in the room may not exceed the number of persons registered for accommodation.
The hotel shall be liable to guests’ property and to damage to their possessions if these were kept in a place determined for this purpose or in a place typically used to leave such things. The hotel shall assume responsibility for money and valuables only if they have been stored in the hotel safe or given to the custody of the hotel upon confirmation in written.
Please note smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the hotel to help minimise the health and safety risks posed to our guests and associates. Our dedicated smoking area is only in the courtyard.
Dogs and other domestic animals may stay in a room only if they do not disturb or menace other guests or hotel employees. The guest shall be charged a fee of 30 EUR / 760 CZK per each animal per day. It is strictly forbidden to enter the spa and health club with any animal. Hotel reserves the right to refuse the accommodation for guest, who did not inform the hotel in advance regarding pet coming with him/her, especially in case the animal's weight exceeds 10 kg.
