Great luxury hotel in the Mala Strana district

Excellent hotel in the Mala Strana area of Prague. It is centrally located for walking in the left bank of Prague which includes the Castle, the Mala Strana district and the Charles Bridge, all within a 10 minutes walk reach.
The hotel is a converted monastery, so there are 3 buildings attached to each other, with beautiful interiors and interesting decorations. A Magical Stay at the Alchymist Hotel - Luxury Fit for Royalty

Location: Perfect! We stayed at the Alchymist Hotel in Prague and couldn't have asked for a better location. Our room had breathtaking views of both Prague Castle and St. Nicholas Church.

Room: Stunning! The room itself was beautiful, but the view truly stole the show. Waking up to those sights every morning was incredible.

Everything was just perfect :-)

Everything was just fine there. The hotel is situated just couple of minutes of walk from the Prague Castle. Even the most demanding members of our group did not find anything to complain about. There is a very cozy - romantic cafe Kallyxir in the vicinity.

Splnili jsme si sen a v hotelu Achymist se cítili jako na zámku, pan Král s paní Královnou.
Úžasná lokalita nabízí spoustu překrásných míst k procházkám. Interiér hotelu vás okouzlí a překvapí, nabídne vám tolik možností, jak ocenit krásu, detail, nápad - zkrátka má svoji jedinečnou duši.
Personál hotelu je velice milý, vstřícný a přátelský.

Ein tolles Hotel ein einer tollen Lokalität. Alles war super!

Sehr schönes Hotel, gleich in der Nähe von der Deutschen Botschaft, wo sich der berühmte H.D. Gentscher-Balkon (und der "Flüchtlinge-garten") befindet. Ganz in der Nähe der Prager Burg, in sehr malerischem Stadtteil. Sehr nettes Personal, leckere Frühstücke. Alles war einfach toll und super!

Loved loved this hotel experience!

This was such a fabulous hotel, I can’t imagine ever being in Prague again and staying anywhere else! The staff went above and beyond in every way to make our stay exceedingly comfortable and luxurious. Prosecco upon arrival, beautiful spaces, one of the best massages ever, we used the spa every night, happy hour every evening. Rooms were spacious, had all we needed, location was just right. We approached it in the evening, all lit up, like a dream. We laughed with the breakfast (which was amazing) staff every morning, what a great way to start a day. Best vacation ever. Don’t stay anywhere else in Prague, really

A magical Christmas stay!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay for Christmas! Mulled wine upon check-in, & immediate access to our beautiful room (for International travelers-you know how nice that is!) We stayed in the Alchymist Suite which was beautifully decorated for Christmas & we arrived to a beautiful welcoming note, bottle of Prosecco, bowl of fruit, & best yet-a tray of homemade Christmas cookies! Huge bathroom with fabulous claw-foot tub & heated tile floor, beautiful furnishing & lots of space! Dinner at the restaurant was excellent, our daily breakfast was served in our room & was the perfect beginning to a long day of sightseeing. Prague is a wonderful city...

En voyage à Prague nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce superbe hôtel. Decoration classique et classe. L’entrée est très romantique, idéal pour un voyage de noce. Le spa est majestueux, un peu mystérieux en tunnel souterrain… Les massages sont très agréables, relaxants. Les chambres sont belles et spacieuses… nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le restaurant. Menu dégustation italien très recherché, très fin. Tout fondait dans la bouche. On reviendra

Gorgeous and relaxing stay!

From the minute we walked in I was in love with this hotel. While you check in you are treated to a glass of Prosecco. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with a wait staff of very sweet young ladies. There isn’t a spot that isn’t decorated and the baroque decor is luscious. The location is perfect. My only regret is not having enough time to take advantage of the beautiful spa.

Great location, great hotel

Could not have picked a better hotel or location for our visit. It is next door to the American Embassy so the street is both quiet and super safe even late at night. A five minute walk to Charles Bridge and we were so happy to be away from the hubbub of the Old Town. There are however a couple of really good restaurants on this block or farther up the street, so it’s not deserted.

The hotel itself is a gorgeous historic building dating from 1517(!) with beautiful baroque decor inside. Upon arrival we were greeted with complimentary glasses of Prosecco while we checked in. Staff are all extremely friendly and helpful...

Fantastic!

What a fantastic stay! We had reserved a Terrace Junior Suite but when we arrived were given an option to upgrade to the Alchymist suite for a small additional charge, which we gladly did. It was the most amazing hotel room we have ever had and that is saying a lot, as we have stayed in some amazing places! The bathroom was literally the size of our living room at home. We totally felt like royalty the entire time we were there. The staff are absolutely the best and the facilities are amazing. The hotel is filled with old world charm, but has all of the modern upgrades you could want. We used the spa every day...
